We are a general practice law firm serving the day-to-day legal needs of our clients, as well as the unexpected and life-changing moments that bring both joy and stress. Whether you are recovering from an injury caused by someone else’s negligence, navigating the difficult transition of divorce, growing your family through adoption, or planning for the future with thoughtful estate planning, we are committed to standing by your side.
As partners in life and in the practice of law, we each bring nearly 30 years of legal experience to every client we serve. While our practice areas differ, we frequently collaborate to provide the strength and perspective of a team when a case calls for it. Our approach is simple and grounded: we find the right tools for each legal challenge and pair them with hard work. We believe that preparation, persistence, and personal attention make the difference — and when it comes to our clients, we simply will not be outworked.
For more than twenty years, we have lived on an acreage just east of Lincoln, where the quiet of country life meets the responsibility of serving our community. Today, that acreage is also home to our office. Our view may be grass, trees, crops, and wide Nebraska skies, but our focus is always on the people who trust us with their legal needs. Though we sometimes spend time working from our second home in Playa Hermosa, Nicaragua, our commitment to our clients never changes. No matter where we are physically located, we are working hard for you.

Corey Stull
Attorney, Stull Law Group
Corey was born and raised here in Nebraska, where he developed the values of hard work, fairness, and personal responsibility that continue to shape his life and career. Growing up in a close-knit community instilled in him a respect for people, relationships, and the importance of standing up for others—principles that remain central to his approach as an attorney today.
After graduating from high school, Corey attended Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with highest distinction in Forensic Psychology. His academic focus sparked an early interest in the legal system and advocacy, leading him to pursue a legal education at the University of Nebraska College of Law. There, Corey distinguished himself as a strong oral advocate, serving as President of the Moot Court Board and earning induction into the Order of Barristers, a national honor recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy and trial skills. He received his law degree with distinction in 1997.
Following law school, Corey entered private practice in Lincoln and has spent his entire legal career as a trial lawyer. For more than two decades, he has represented individuals in personal injury, railroad and FELA cases, workers’ compensation claims, whistleblower matters, and general civil litigation. Known for his willingness to take cases to trial when clients are treated unfairly, Corey has secured numerous six and seven figure verdicts and settlements. His courtroom experience is extensive, and in 2024 alone, his team tried nearly ten percent of all jury trials in Nebraska state courts—an uncommon level of trial involvement that strengthens both litigation and negotiation outcomes for his clients.
In addition to his trial work, Corey regularly speaks and writes on topics involving personal injury, employment, insurance, and railroad law, and he represents clients throughout Nebraska, Iowa, and the Midwest. His work has earned consistent peer recognition, including being named a Nebraska Super Lawyer for five consecutive years and receiving Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and professional ethics.
Outside the courtroom, Corey remains deeply connected to his community and family. He has spent many years coaching youth athletics and serving in leadership roles for local organizations and nonprofits. Today, Corey and his wife, Jeanette, live and work on their acreage, where he enjoys spending time outdoors, working on projects, and appreciating the quieter pace of country life—often with their dog, Axel, close by. These roots and relationships continue to guide Corey’s practice, reinforcing his commitment to serving clients with integrity, preparation, and respect.

Jeanette Stull
Attorney, Stull Law Group
Jeanette has enjoyed a varied practice for almost 30 years, attempting to handle as many of a client’s needs under one roof and giving them the continuity that comes from one firm handling the various legal issues that may come their way over a lifetime. Jeanette’s practice includes family law matters, including adoptions, divorces, paternity actions, and modifications; estate planning; probate and trust administration; will contests and other estate litigation; guardianships and conservatorships; real estate and construction matters; employment law; school law; and general civil litigation. Jeanette has extensive experience representing clients throughout southeast Nebraska in state and federal courts, both at the trial court level and in appeals to the Nebraska Court of Appeals, Nebraska Supreme Court, and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jeanette was raised in Bellevue and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a degree in criminal justice, magna cum laude. Jeanette continued her studies at the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated Order of the Coif and with highest distinction in 1997. During law school, Jeanette served as executive editor of the Nebraska Law Review, earned a Theodore Sorensen fellowship in public interest law, and was runner-up for the Robert G. Simmons Law Practice Award for her article, The Department of Justice’s No-Contact Rule–A Proposal for a Modified Rule, which was later published in the Criminal Law Bulletin. Prior to Jeanette’s time in private practice, she held a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kenneth C. Stephan of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Over her career, Jeanette has volunteered with numerous nonprofit organizations, including the Nebraska affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union, Sheridan Lutheran Church and its foundation, Lincoln Lutheran Middle/High School, and Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity. She has also served the profession in several legal-related volunteer roles such as the Nebraska Supreme Court’s Practice and Procedure Committee, the Federal Practice Committee, the Nebraska Branch of the Historical Society for the United States Court of Appeals in the Eighth Circuit, the Nebraska Supreme Court Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission, the Robert Van Pelt American Inn of Court, the Lincoln Bar Association Law Day Committee, and the Judicial Nominating Commission.
